The Silver Springs Single Family Home Owners Association met October 11, 2011
for the annual meeting of the membership. Unfortunately, we were just short of a
quorum. According to the bylaws the Association shall reconvene within 30 days of
the original meeting and any number of Members in good standing either in person
or by proxy shall constitute a quorum. Please plan on attending or fill out a proxy
