All of the agenda is rolled over from the June 16th meeting.
Jerry Romero interrupted the meeting with his attorney, Jim Kennedy, to push his reinstatement as MA president. Earlier Ron Duyker had sent an inflammatory email to a select number of MA board members, and with assistance from Anthony Sands, Jerry’s reinstatement insistance superceded the planned agenda, created a fiasco, and put the interim presidency aside while the board further disregarded the by-laws, convention and order. There were a number of courses the board could have taken, however this group of people chose to disregard the election and work performed by the newly elected MA president in favor of the most punitive and harsh treatment of this new board member. See June 16, 2008 MA Board Minutes. On Thursday June 19th a private meeting, with waiver of notice, was held to elect new officers.

Follow-up on letter from attorney to Tim & Holly Hansen in Park Place

Repair on upper pond/small lake gate – “Private, exclusive use” on deeds
