  • 2011 July 16 Silver Springs Annual Barbecue

ANNUAL SILVER SPRINGS HOA PARTY IN THE PARK
    SATURDAY, JULY 16TH FROM 6:30 TO 9:30PM
LIVE MUSIC BY MATT FREY / www.mattfreymusic.com

2 bounce houses for the kids to play in.   One for little jumpers and, of course, the mosh pit!  (Use at your own risk)

Hot Dogs and soft drinks will be provided.  Grills will also be provided for you to grill whatever you would like to bring.  Please bring any adult beverages you would like to and a side dish or dessert to share.  This has worked well in the past and is a FUN event.

Please let your neighbors know (and bring your fun friends too), so we can continue to have this fun annual event.  The band is great and this will be a good time to enjoy our neighbors and beautiful neighborhood and lake!  (Do not attempt to walk around the perimeter of the Silver Willow Large lake, though your dues and special assessments are paying for the lake maintenance, insurance, management, taxes, and upkeep, the lake perimeter is only for the lake front property owners as provided in the Enjoyment Easement Agreement).

Mark the date and we’ll see you there!

Silver Springs HOA / all HOA’s in the Masters are invited to attend this event!

Short notice sent via email on July 13, 2011.

    _____________
Report:  Out of 512 residential units in our Silver Springs Master Community around two dozen individuals plus some children attended this event.
On August 2, 2010 Greenleaf Maintenance cut down dozens of Park shrubs and trees as requested by a member of the Master Association board.  The ambiance of the Park has been greatly reduced.  The band music therefore was heard at distant homes and was reported to be an annoyance to residents who chose not to attend this event.
