No SSSFHOA meetings were posted for November 2010, December 2010, nor for January 2011

Board Officers were Elected at an unposted Board Meeting

Apparently the board trustees choose not to properly hold officer elections in November 2010 as set forth in the Bylaws. Gunter appears to be experiencing a difficult time letting go of the gavel.  In organizational elections during their first meeting on January 2011, the Silver Springs Single Family Homeowners Assn. board of trustees chose Secretary Harry E. Fuller to preside as board President for 2011. Other officers elected were: Vice President, Ed Cody; Treasurer, Jim Harsch; Secretary, Richard Krebs. Mr. Fuller, a seven year SSSFHOA resident, was associated on the board as “recorder” in 2008, subsequently being appointed a board member in early 2009 to fill a vacancy created by Jan Zinn’s resignation and was elected to a full two-year term by the membership in October 2009. Mr. Cody and Mr. Harsch were elected to the board in October 2010 and Mr. Krebs has served as board member since his election in October 2009 and has chaired a committee overseeing the SSSFHOA’s responsibility for the community’s underdrain system. Mr. Fuller said he would be announcing other committee chairmen within the next few weeks. Board Member Brian Robinson has already agreed to continue as Architecture Committee chairman, he said. Other board members are: Kristian Mulholland and Tracy Douthett.
