~~~~~TERMS OF USE~~~~~
Our Silver Springs Homeowners Association documents are the cornerstone of our planned residential community.
The HOA gives continuity to our community; preserves architectural integrity; maintains our common areas; and protects our property values. Additionally, our HOA makes available recreational facilities that might not otherwise be affordable to the individual homeowner.
Purchase of a home or lot within Silver Springs automatically brings with it membership in the HOA which provides the structure for operation and management of our residential community. This membership includes certain mandatory obligations, financial responsibilities and a commitment to abide by the CC&R’s and other governing instruments. The mandatory obligations include the responsibility for each individual to contribute to the overall well-being, upkeep, and harmony of our community, and to attend General Membership Meetings.
For our HOA and community to be successful it must have some level of participation by each of its owner/members.
The primary member responsibility is to properly maintain their respective properties; and secondarily, to be knowledgeable and active in the HOA. Our success depends on how capably each member sustains the responsibilities that have been established for the purpose of maintaining property value, aesthetics, and our overall community concept.
Please take a look at our HOA documents to familiarize yourself with expectations, procedures, forms, restrictions, and the HOA management.
And please attend our Monthly Board Meetings and the General Membership Meeting each October (see Calendar for exact dates).
