Silver Springs Single Family Homeowners Association Board Budgets are the property of the Association Members. In this manner the Board is held accountable for its actions. The Association Members hold the right of free access, perusal, and use of these documents and chose to do so at the Member website at www.silverspringscommunity.com.

184 SSSF lots plus 6 Little Lake lots, minus Lot 104 open space easement = 189 lots

X (times) $250. each lot for annual dues (increased budget to accommodate MA)
= $47,250
Deduct 189 X (times) $175 = $33,075 that is the Master Association portion
= $14,175 is the amount of the Silver Springs Single Family HOA Annual Budget

December 2008 - End of Year Budget (Legal fees increased from November 6th at $2,936.40 to December at $11,329.66. An increase of $8,393.26 for replacement meeting costs? A request was made to the treasurer and bookkeeper for details of this expense.)
