In 2000 the website www.silverspringshoa.org was launched by the Archers at the request of the MHOA board, see MHOA Minutes and emails. The website at http://quailmeadowshoa.com/ was launched in June 2008 by Anthony Sands. It is a clone of the site developed by Sands at his own volition for the MHOA (without their knowledge or consent). MHOA minutes do not mention either of Sands websites. Very little information can be accessed on either website unless the user answers 44 personal questions for each site and then waits for a number of weeks for the administrator to send a password.
